Try http://www.kjmagnetics.com/ for rare earth magnets that small.

I bought some larger ones from Lee Valley. Very handy for sticking to tablesaws, drill presses, etc. for allen wrenches, chuck keys, etc.

I don't know where it came from, but I ended up with an impossibly tiny, but quite powerful, disc magnet. I think it's about 2mm in diameter, but I haven't seen it since I epoxied it into my screwdriver handle. Highly recommended!

I have the Harbor Freight one myself. Not bad for the money, I was very surprised.
There is just one thing that I wish it had, or any of them I've seen don't have -- some kind of ratchet-socket-like ball retention method on the driver or the bits themselves, somewhat akin to the 6-in-1 or 10-in-1 screwdriver special bits that you can usually flip around. Just look at a multi-bit larger screwdriver and notice how those bits stay in there nice and tight because of the ball on the bits, then think of that compared to these, which are just like insert bits for a drill... if they get stuck in a fastener, especially in the upright position, they'll fall onto a circuit board, etc...
