If you tried the DeWalt's and found it lacking , step up to a real cordless grinder the Makita LXT.
If you remember DeWalts started out as a grinder and then DeWalt quickly changed the name to a cut off tool, because it didn't have enough torque to get the grinding job done.
If you want a cordless grinder thats not a toy, try the LXT from Makita.</description>

it's a 12 volt but i can't find out any thing else about it.

		<description>Dewalt's has had a model out for awhile.  I had one and sold it on eBay.  There just isn't any way to get enough torque to actually do any grinding.  I can see it being useful for a few decorative tile cuts or maybe cutting a single tangled cable in the field, but the DeWalt at least was never a serious grinding tool.
