I'd pass on the marketing hype and the nifty 'buffing ball', but I have been using Flitz for 8 or 9 years . It's big in the Marine industry and can be used to polish almost anything hard. I've even restored 'yellowed' headlight covers with it. It comes in liquid or paste form, I prefer the paste. As Tim stated, "a little goes a long way". I have yet to find a better non-abrasive polish. Give it a try, I betcha' like it.

I've been selling Flitz for 6 years now and the polish has been around for approximately 30 years. One characteristic of Flitz Polish is that it is non-abrasive and acid free so it is safe on metals and non-metals. It is also industrial strength so a little goes a long way.
Flitz isn't a flash in the pan product. As the commenter above noted, it's been around a long time. Maybe this marketing scheme is new, but the product isn't. Corvette enthusiasts know that a tube of Flitz is one of the best things out there for restoring the transparency of convertible rear windows that have gone opaque. One of the 'vette houses (Ecklers ... http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?pf%5Fid=39878&dept%5Fid=126 ) has even taken to selling Flitz expressly for this purpose, albeit at a substantial markup ... $10.99 for a single tube.

Flitz has been around for a long time. I haven't tried it, but I've been looking for a tube. The Bakelite cleaning community (e.g. people who restore vintage electronics) swear by Flitz for it's Bakelite restoring properties.
