It's got similar capabilities and accessories (though no mention of motor power), it'll hang on your wall if you're so inclined, and oh yeah: If you're not near an outlet, it'll run from a cordless battery pack too. Isn't that what portability is all about? Trouble is, DeWalt looks like the only big name making decent cordless vacuums. Everyone else's offerings are little Dustbuster-style junk. Haven't we all used enough of those to know better? I’d take the DeWalt DC500 any day.
