		<description>Ikea throws in a version of this with many of their taller items.  It's a piece of webbed material (like seat belt material).  You screw one end to the wall and the other to the furniture.

I'm pretty sure this could be DIY'd with a short length of wire, maybe with two  ring terminals crimped to the ends.  If you keep it short you reduce the strength required to keep the furniture from tipping.</description>
